The Milngavie Fly Dressers decided on the 16th January 2014 that they would become a branch of the Fly Dressers Guild. This is great news for Glasgow as the original Glasgow Branch ceased in approximately 2002. The attraction was the ability to participate in the Guild’s Bronze, Silver and Gold awards scheme. Everything else at our meetings remain the same.
Membership of the Guild providing the subscription is paid via the branch before the end of October is £17 for the year. If you join later the subscription becomes £20. In return you get a number of benefits details of which you can find at the link above. The main ones are a quarterly magazine and discounts from select supplier so your £20 is easily recouped.
